Refund Policy

1. Service Labor

Labor charges are non-refundable, as payment covers the time, expertise, and diagnostic work performed by our technicians.
If you believe work was performed incorrectly, we will inspect the vehicle at no charge and correct any verified workmanship issues under our warranty policy.

2. Parts Purchases

Refund eligibility for parts depends on the part supplier’s return policy:

  • Unused/New parts: Refundable if returned in original condition and packaging, subject to supplier approval and any restocking fees.

  • Installed parts: Not eligible for refunds, but may be covered by manufacturer warranty.

  • Special-order parts: Non-refundable.

3. Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable. Diagnostic time includes testing, equipment use, and technician labor required to identify vehicle problems.

4. Warranty Work

If an issue arises after a repair and falls within our warranty terms, the shop will re-inspect and repair the problem at no additional labor cost. Refunds are not provided for warranty-covered situations.

5. Customer-Supplied Parts

If a customer provides their own parts:

  • No warranty is offered on labor or parts.

  • No refunds or adjustments are provided if the part fails, is incorrect, or causes additional issues.

6. Cancellations

If a repair has been approved and parts have already been ordered, any restocking fees or non-returnable part costs must be paid by the customer.
